Jane Bark created a series of fashion posters for Wahl’s clothing collections in the 1970s. The typical styles featured fitted sweaters, blouses, blazers, flared pants, and shorts with matching colors and diverse patterns, which were fashionable in the early '70s. These posters, used as Wahl’s only advertising, were mainly displayed in department stores and showrooms and often followed a theme, such as Japan-inspired or peacock patterns. They were incredibly popular in Sweden and even gained attention internationally. Over the decade, Jane illustrated a total of 16 posters for Wahls.
