If high quality canvas isn’t used, the best print will have no effect. That’s why we would never offer you synthetic material and use only canvas from 100% cotton. In this way our pictures have an especially appealing structure that only natural canvas has.
When choosing our wooden frames, we don’t use any unstable wedge frames gained by exploitation. Our canvases are attached to stable solid wood frames that are characterised by their stability and long-lasting quality. We furthermore pay close attention to the origins of our wood. We only use wood from sustainable forestry and avoid endangered species of trees.
When attaching the canvas to the frames we pay special attention to the careful folding of the edges, so that no disruptive swelling arises.
Last but not least, only skilled refinement of the canvas ensures that the brilliance of the colours will remain over time. For this reason all our canvases are rounded off with a special UV-coating seal. This process, the so-called sealing varnish, protects your pictures from scratches, dust, moisture and dirt.
It also ensures that the colours gain in intensity and radiance and remain luminous over time, without becoming pale or yellow.
