… “Boy and Girl” by Nasos Zovoilis
“I was in one of the most crowded streets in Athens and I was waiting for an interesting person to get a shot of. I just took a few shots of random people passing by and I already wanted to move on. But then I saw those two kids running towards each other and who then met in the middle of the street.
For the actual shot I also wanted some other persons to pass by the kids and so I had to wait until someone got in my frame. The kids, for some strange reason, stood still for more than a minute while looking at each other. I only took one shot and then the boy and the girl suddenly disappeared.
I really like this picture for its mystery. It leaves a lot to your imagination. ”
