Artist's description:
Religion - or better to say the religious values - are so deeply ruted in the nepali culture that you shouldnt be surprised seeing people in all different ages no matter which class, gender, colour, whatsoever, spinning the prayer wheels clockwise with their hands every day hoping to recieve good charma for their next lives. Every prayer wheel has the buddhist mantra "Om Mani Padme Hum" written on it and by spinning it you "pray" it.
