When I was passing snowy grassland in my car I noticed a couple of Icelandic horses standing in this very beautiful winter landscape. I decided to get out and try to make a connection with these wonderful creatures.
Before I got out of the car they were just standing motionless in the extreme chilly wind. But as soon as they noticed me they became alive and I was overwhelmed by their display of emotions. The couple on the capture radiated love, strength and trust. Their two heads form the shape of a heart as I found out later. Like they were showing me what really matters in life.
It was a beautiful, touching moment. I made the connection and could feel we are one.
