On Photocircle, you can buy fine art photography, carefully selected by our own curators. For every order, Photocircle and the respective photographers donate to an aid project in the region in which the picture was taken. This way, we want to give back to the people and countries that make our photos unique.
Over 700 international artists – with a portfolio as diverse as it gets – contribute to our social art project: from landscape photography over stunning portraits, abstract photography to unique designs and illustrations – you name it, we have it. Choose from a variety of different categories, have a look at your favorite artists’ galleries, or simply take a look at our best-selling and most popular pictures. Or did you just return from a trip to India or a weekend trip to France, and now you want to decorate your walls with those heart-warming memories? If your own photos did not exactly turn out the way you had pictured them for your living room walls, just browse through the diversity of countries in our gallery, waiting to be discovered by you. By the way, each and every photo in our gallery makes a difference. With every sale we support development projects in the region the photo was taken.
Among our many photographers, you’ll find big names such as that of the Indonesian nature photographer Hengki Koentjoro, who captures mountains, jungles and the breath-taking forces of nature in his black and white photographs; unconventional newcomers like Kevin Russ, who makes a living as a globetrotter, taking pictures with his iPhone; and pioneers such as the Afghan photographer Rada Akbar, who not only captivates her audience with beautiful perspectives of her mother country, but also challenges the established social boundaries of a strongly tradition-based society.
Ultimately, the perfect look for your four walls is also a matter of presentation, of course: Behind acrylic glass, for example, your latest conquests obtain radiant expression and amazing depth, in which even professional photographers and galleries trust. The more natural, purist, yet no less stylish alternative is to print your favorite works on canvas: it radiates warmth and cosiness, and has a positive effect also on the acoustics in the room. For pragmatists, who are, however, putting great emphasis on elegant and professional image presentation, the stable, amazingly lightweight Alu Dibond is the perfect choice: whether matte or glossy, this way you bring proper gallery feeling into your living room. Now all that’s left to do is choose.
